Privacy Policy
Creatoks LLC (“Creatoks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the FoxExams mobile application (“FoxExams” or the “App”) and the website at foxexams.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the App and website.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information stored on your device
FoxExams stores learning progress on your device, including selected exam, diagnostic and practice answers, PASS readiness scores, streaks, mission progress, and mistake history. This data remains on your device unless a future cloud sync feature is enabled and you choose to use it.
2.2 Information you provide
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you send (for example your email address, device type, and message) so we can respond.
2.3 AI features
When you use AI features (for example Ask Fox or AI-generated practice), the text or context you submit may be processed by our AI service providers solely to generate a response. Do not submit sensitive personal data in those prompts. We do not sell your prompts.
2.4 Purchase information
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your full payment card number. We may receive limited purchase metadata (product identifier, subscription status, transaction identifiers) needed to unlock Premium and restore purchases.
2.5 Analytics and advertising
As of the effective date above, FoxExams does not use a third-party analytics or advertising SDK in the App. If we add analytics, ads, or crash reporting later, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent before collecting non-essential data.
2.6 Website
Our marketing website may use standard server logs and security or performance services from our hosting provider (for example Cloudflare). Logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
3. How we use information

- To process Premium entitlements and restore purchases
- To respond to support requests
- To maintain security and comply with law
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the App (for example cloud hosting or AI inference), subject to appropriate safeguards, or when required by law.
5. Data retention
Local learning data stays on your device until you delete the App or clear app data. Support emails are retained as long as needed to resolve your request and meet legal obligations.
6. Children
FoxExams is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. Contact us at support@foxexams.com. You can also delete local App data by uninstalling FoxExams or clearing app storage in your device settings.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you use the App from elsewhere, information you send us (for example support email) may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
