These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the FoxExams mobile application (“App”) and the website at foxexams.com, operated by Creatoks LLC (“Creatoks”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using FoxExams, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

FoxExams provides exam preparation tools, including practice questions, diagnostics, mock exams, readiness scoring, and optional AI coaching features. Content is for educational preparation only.

2. Not an official exam body

FoxExams is an independent study aid. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, civil service commission, police academy, military recruitment body, driving authority, university, or other official exam organizer unless we explicitly say so for a specific product. Official exams, eligibility, registration, and results are controlled solely by those organizations.

3. No guarantee of passing

PASS readiness scores, practice results, and AI explanations are estimates and study tools only. They do not guarantee admission, hiring, certification, or a passing score on any real exam.

4. Accounts and device data

You are responsible for activity on your device related to the App. Progress stored locally may be lost if you uninstall the App or clear app data. Keep your own backups if needed.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Premium features may require a subscription or in-app purchase billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, trial length, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the store’s rules and the purchase screen at the time of buy. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute App content at scale
• Do not use the App to cheat on official exams or violate exam rules
• Do not interfere with the App’s security or other users’ access

7. Intellectual property

The App, branding, fox mascot, software, and original content are owned by Creatoks LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal study. Question banks and explanations may include licensed or generated material; all rights reserved.

8. AI features

AI-generated questions and coach replies may be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify critical facts against official syllabi and trusted sources. You remain responsible for how you use AI output.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATOKS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR EXAM OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US).

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information. By using the App, you also acknowledge that policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
